Hiring HR Position in our leading Chemical industry in Tambaram

Designation: HR

Qualification: Graduate& MBA HR

Industry: Chemical Industry -Recycle

Experience: 5+ Yrs (Relevant experience in HR)

Preference: Female Candidate (Age limit: up to 38 years; Married candidates preferred)

Skills Required: Fluency in English communication , Any two regional language (Tamil & Hindi),

MS Office / Advance Ms-excel Proficiency, (Zoho Recruit, Greytip )HR Software Management, Documentation & HR MIS Reporting.

Key Requirement The candidate should be capable of independently handling the entire end-to-end HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee relations, performance management, and other HR activities.

Job description:

Key Responsibilities

Manage the recruitment and selection process.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Handle employee onboarding and orientation programs.

Maintain employee records and HR databases.

Coordinate training and development activities.

Manage employee performance appraisal processes.

Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.

Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll support.

Promote employee engagement and workplace culture.

Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in HR management or HR operations.





Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
