Job Description

Narayana Group is seeking confident and energetic Counsellors to handle student and parent enquiries, explain academic programmes and support the school admission process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle parent and student enquiries.

• Explain academic programmes and curriculum.

• Explain school facilities and admission procedures.

• Conduct counselling sessions for prospective parents.

• Understand parent requirements.

• Provide appropriate information to prospective students/parents.

• Follow up with prospective admissions.

• Coordinate with PRO and branch teams.

• Maintain enquiry and admission records.

• Support achievement of admission targets.

Eligibility

• Minimum Class 12 pass.

• Graduation preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong convincing and relationship-building ability.

• Presentable, confident and energetic.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.





• Experience in education counselling, school admissions, coaching institutes or customer counselling preferred.

Language Preference

English | Hindi | Bengali preferred.

Nepali is an additional advantage.

Salary

Freshers: Up to ₹16,000 Gross/Month

Experienced: Up to ₹20,000 Gross/Month

Final salary depends upon experience, relevant industry background, interview performance and final organisational approval.
