Job Description:

•Ensure that all solar projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

•Obtain and manage all necessary permits, licenses, and approvals required for solar energy projects.

•Liaise with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and other to facilitate project approvals and compliance.

•Prepare and maintain all required documentation for regulatory submissions and compliance.

•Stay informed about changes in relevant laws, regulations, and policies affecting solar energy projects.

•Provide regular reports on compliance status, permitting progress, and any issues encountered.

•Engage with local communities to address any concerns and ensure smooth project implementation.

•Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks related to solar energy and renewable energy projects.

•Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions promptly.

•Strong attention to detail in documentation and regulatory submissions.





•Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with government officials and regulatory bodies.

•A proactive approach to managing regulatory and compliance challenges.

•Office-based with frequent travel to project sites and regulatory offices.
