Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day back-office recruitment activities

- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records

- Prepare and organize CVs and candidate documents

- Coordinate with candidates regarding interviews and documentation

- Handle email communication with clients and candidates

- Data entry and updating recruitment records

- Prepare candidate lists, reports and interview schedules

- Follow up with candidates for required documents

- Assist the recruitment team with daily administrative work

- Maintain proper records of candidates and client requirements

Requirements:

- 1-3 years of experience in Back Office / Recruitment / Administration

- Experience in Gulf / Overseas Recruitment will be preferred





- Good communication skills in Hindi & English

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word

- Valuable knowledge of Email communication

- Good typing and data-entry skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain records accurately

- Candidates from Mumbai preferred
