Roles & Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities from corporate companies, institutions, event management companies, associations, educational institutions, government organizations, and other potential customers.

Approach prospective clients through telephone calls, emails, WhatsApp, direct meetings, references, networking, and other business development activities.

Understand customers' requirements for corporate gifts, customized mementos, trophies, awards, promotional products, and personalized gifting solutions.

Present appropriate products, designs, customization options, and pricing based on client requirements.

Prepare quotations and proposals and regularly follow up with customers for order confirmation.

Coordinate with the design and production teams regarding artwork, samples, product specifications, customization, quantities, and delivery schedules.

Maintain regular communication with existing customers and develop long-term business relationships.

Generate repeat orders from existing corporate clients.

Conduct client meetings and product presentations when required.

Follow up on sales enquiries, quotations, samples, purchase orders, payments, and deliveries.

Maintain proper records of enquiries, quotations, customer interactions, orders, and sales follow-ups.

Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to increase corporate sales.

Participate in exhibitions, corporate events, trade fairs, networking events, and promotional activities when required.

Collect customer feedback and coordinate internally to ensure customer satisfaction.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by the management.

Monitor competitor products, market trends, pricing,



and customer requirements.

Build and maintain a strong database of potential and existing corporate customers.

Candidate Requirements

Graduate or equivalent qualification.

Previous experience in Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Corporate Gifting, Promotional Products, Printing, Advertising, Events, Awards & Mementos, or related industries will be preferred.

Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also be considered.

Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable customized products.

Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office, email communication, WhatsApp Business, and CRM/customer database management.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Willingness to meet clients and travel locally for business development when required.
