We are looking for a Corporate Relations Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with companies and hiring partners. The role involves connecting with organizations to identify job openings and creating employment opportunities for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with companies and corporate hiring partners.

Contact companies regularly to understand their current and upcoming hiring requirements.

Identify and generate relevant job openings for students and candidates.

Coordinate with HR teams and recruiters regarding vacancies and recruitment requirements.

Share suitable candidate profiles with companies based on their requirements.

Coordinate interviews, recruitment drives, and other hiring activities.

Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with corporate clients.

Develop new corporate connections and expand the institute's hiring network.

Maintain records of companies, job openings, and recruitment activities.

Coordinate internally with the placement team to ensure smooth candidate-company communication.

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident in speaking with HRs, recruiters, and corporate representatives.





Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.

Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.

Ability to communicate professionally through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.

Preferred Experience:

0-2 years in Corporate Relations, Business Development, Recruitment, Client Relations, Placement, or a similar role.

Key Objective:

To develop strong corporate relationships and consistently bring relevant job opportunities and hiring requirements for the institute's students.
