Since 2018, we have offered a variety of services to customers across different sectors, such as search engine optimisation (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertisements, Amazon shop optimisation, copywriting, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and more.

Location : Noida (Work from Office)

Timing : 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Working Days : Monday to Saturday

Salary : ₹15,000-₹20,000 (based on skills and experience)

Experience Required : 6 months - 2 years

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including understanding manpower requirements, preparing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial/telephonic interviews, scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and following up on candidate feedback.

Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn,



Internshala, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.

Coordinate salary discussions, offer negotiations, and joining formalities with selected candidates.

Prepare and manage offer letters, appointment letters, joining kits, and other employee documentation.
