Work with EdLernity's Hiring Team and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, and hiring coordination.

*Responsibilities:*

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Internshala, Naukri, college networks, etc.

• Connect with candidates and explain the internship.

• Screen and shortlist applicants.

• Maintain hiring records.

• Coordinate with the Hiring Team Lead.

*Requirements:*

• Freshers or recent graduates.

• Good communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office & Google Forms.

• Willingness to meet daily hiring targets.
