About The Role:

We are looking for energetic and target-driven Business Development Executives to join our growing Real Estate team in Bangalore. If you are passionate about sales, good at communication, and want to build a career in Real Estate, this is a great opportunity for you. Freshers are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities: • Generate leads through Cold Calling, Field Visits, Referrals and Online Bidding • Explain and promote real estate projects/properties to clients • Handle both Inside Sales & Field Sales - client meetings, site visits • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers • Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue generation goals • Conduct product presentations and negotiations with clients • Follow up with potential clients and close deals • Maintain sales report in MS Excel Skills Required: • Positive Communication & Presentation Skills • Retail Sales, Channel Sales, Direct Sales, Inside Sales, Field Sales • Lead Generation, Cold Calling, Negotiation • Strategic Communication, Leadership,
