ADM Business Partner is hiring for Marketing Executive Internship
About the Company
ADM Business Partner is offering a hands-on Marketing Executive Internship for candidates interested in field marketing, business development, partnerships and market research. The internship provides practical exposure to discovering local business opportunities, engaging decision-makers and supporting the onboarding of venue partners across Delhi-NCR.
Responsibilities
Identify potential partner venues, including cafes, restaurants, hotels, coworking spaces and meeting spaces.
Research assigned areas and build an organized database of prospective venue partners.
Contact venue owners and managers through calls, WhatsApp messages and direct field visits.
Introduce the project clearly and explain the value and advantages of becoming a partner.
Build strong relationships with venue owners and key decision-makers, follow up with interested prospects and convert qualified leads into successful onboardings.
Collect accurate venue information and coordinate the onboarding process with the internal team.
Maintain up-to-date records of leads, conversations, follow-ups and onboarded venues.
Conduct basic market research to identify new venue opportunities and emerging local prospects.
Requirements
Undergraduate and postgraduate candidates from management, arts, commerce, sciences or related backgrounds may apply.
Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Confidence when speaking with business owners, venue managers and other decision-makers.
Comfort with field visits and local travel across Delhi-NCR.
A proactive attitude, organized follow-up habits and willingness to learn.
Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
This is a paid, full-time internship based in Delhi, with a monthly stipend of ₹5,000-₹8,000 and a duration of 3 months.
