Training coordination

Employee engagement & grievance handling

Office and factory administration

Facility & vendor coordination

HR MIS and management reporting

Peferred Profile: ✔ Graduate/Postgraduate in HR/Management

✔ Strong communication & leadership skills

✔ Good knowledge of HR processes & documentation

✔ Manufacturing/industrial experience preferred
