Kefilo is a NutritionTech and personalised wellness transformation company combining functional nutrition, food science, fitness, mental wellness, technology and intelligent food systems.

We are looking for a full-time Vlogger & Social Media Executive who can become the face and storyteller of Kefilo's day-to-day journey and consistently create engaging content around our people, products, customers, food, wellness, experiments and business journey.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on content creation and social media role.

You will be responsible for planning, shooting, basic editing and publishing content across Kefilo's social media channels. The primary expectation is to create 30+ content pieces every month while continuously documenting the real journey of building Kefilo.

Key Responsibilities1. Kefilo Vlogging

- Create regular vlogs documenting the real journey of Kefilo.
- Cover product development, food R&D;, kitchen/production activities, team life, customer stories, workshops, events and business milestones.
- Develop recurring vlog formats and storytelling series.
- Capture behind-the-scenes content that makes the Kefilo journey authentic and engaging.
- Build a recognisable personal/content style around Kefilo.

2. Content Creation
- Create 30+ content pieces every month.
- Produce Reels, short-form videos, vlogs, stories and other social media content.
- Generate content ideas based on Kefilo's products, nutrition, wellness, food innovation and daily activities.
- Capture content during events, workshops, customer interactions, product development and team activities.
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form pieces.

3. Shooting & Basic Editing
- Independently shoot high-quality mobile/video content.
- Handle basic camera, lighting, audio and framing requirements.




- Edit basic Reels, vlogs and short-form videos independently.
- Add captions, hooks, transitions, music and basic graphics where required.
- Coordinate with professional editors/designers for more complex content when needed.
- Maintain an organised library of raw footage and edited content.

4. Social Media Management
- Manage Kefilo's social media accounts on a day-to-day basis.
- Publish content consistently according to the content calendar.
- Write captions, hooks and basic post copy.
- Manage Stories and regular social updates.
- Monitor comments, messages and audience engagement.
- Track content performance and identify what formats/topics are working.

5. Content Planning
- Build and maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Plan content around Kefilo's business activities, campaigns, products and events.
- Maintain a healthy mix of:
- Vlogs
- Reels
- Educational content
- Behind-the-scenes content
- Product content
- Customer/transformation stories
- Team content
- Food and nutrition content
- Founder/business journey
- Trends and timely content

6. Storytelling & Brand Building
- Make Kefilo's journey relatable, authentic and engaging to the audience.
- Develop stories rather than simply recording activities.
- Help establish Kefilo as a strong NutritionTech and wellness brand.
- Identify interesting moments and convert them into content opportunities.
- Maintain consistency in Kefilo's tone, positioning and visual identity.

7. Trend & Social Media Research




- Monitor Instagram, YouTube and other relevant platforms for emerging formats and trends.
- Identify content opportunities relevant to nutrition, wellness, food, fitness and startups.
- Experiment with new content formats, hooks and storytelling styles.
- Continuously improve content based on performance data.

Ideal Candidate
- 1–3 years of experience in vlogging, content creation, social media or digital media preferred.
- Strong interest in video creation and storytelling.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and interacting with people.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to independently shoot videos using a smartphone/camera.
- Basic video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent.
- Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and YouTube content.
- Creative, energetic and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Strong execution discipline and ability to consistently create content.
- Nutrition, fitness, food, wellness or startup-content experience is an advantage.

Compensation & Employment

- Full-time position
- ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month
- Based in Bhubaneswar
- Hands-on role with significant field/content activity
