Responsibilities :

Role Summary Drive the design management function for multiple infrastructure projects across India, driving design excellence, workplace innovation, sustainability, and execution readiness for campus developments, workplace transformations, fit-outs, and infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities

Lead design management for Corporate Fit-outs, Green field Office Buildings, Workplace Transformation, and Infrastructure Projects for locations in India

Manage the design lifecycle from Concept, Schematic Design, Detailed Design, Tender Documentation, and GFC deliverables.

Review and optimize drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documentation to enhance quality, functionality, constructability, and cost efficiency.

Establish and maintain design standards, specifications, and governance frameworks aligned with NBC 2016, ECBC, IGBC, LEED, sustainability goals, and organizational requirements.

Coordinate with Architects, PMCs, Consultants, Contractors, and multidisciplinary teams including MEP & Technology.

Conduct design reviews and site audits to ensure adherence to approved design intent and timely resolution of design and execution issues.

Drive value engineering, innovation, current materials adoption, workplace strategies, and sustainability-focused solutions.





Monitor design progress, identify risks proactively, and ensure timely closure of key deliverables.

Ensure effective documentation, communication, and alignment with business, project, and operational stakeholders. Desired Competencies

B. Arch / M. Arch or equivalent with significant Design Management experience.

Proven experience in corporate workplaces, large campuses, commercial developments, or mixed-use projects or Fit-out Projects

Exposure to Green Buildings, Workplace Strategy, and Sustainable Infrastructure is desirable.
