About the Role
Perfoptim Labs LLP is hiring an experienced Senior Counselor to manage student counseling, lead conversion, follow-ups, and enrollment for our training and education programs. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a mature and professional personality, and the ability to understand prospects' needs and guide them to the right course.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students via phone, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings
- Understand career goals and explain courses, fees, and career opportunities
- Handle inbound leads with systematic follow-up and convert leads to enrollments
- Maintain accurate lead/counseling records and daily/weekly MIS reports
- Coordinate with digital marketing team on lead quality
- Achieve monthly counseling and admission targets




- Handle objections on fees, courses, and competition professionally
- Participate in seminars, workshops, and admission campaigns

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal & written communication
- Strong counseling, convincing, and negotiation skills
- Sales and lead conversion expertise
- CRM, Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
- Confident, qualified personality with strong follow-up discipline
