Your primary mandate is to take our pre-finished testimonials, health topics are strategically position them to dominate the YouTube algorithms. You will own the channel strategy, optimization, metadata, and performance analytics to turn our creative assets into a highly viewed digital brand.
Core Responsibilities: SEO &
- Metadata Optimization: Conduct rigorous keyword research tailored to kids' search behaviours and parental co-viewing patterns. Write highly optimized, compelling titles, descriptions, and tag structures.
Visual Strategy Execution: Conceptualize high-CTR, vibrant, and policy-compliant thumbnail concepts. Collaborate directly with our design team to ensure visual branding is click-worthy for young audiences. Algorithm &
- Compliance Navigation: Stay ahead of the strict YouTube DMR Act guidelines. Ensure all content distribution strategy fully adheres to platform rules while maximizing organic reach. Competitor &
- Trend Analysis: Monitor top-tier healthcare YouTube channels for extract formatting trends, audio trends, runtime preferences,
and content gaps. A/B Testing &
- Iteration: Continuously run split tests on thumbnails, titles, and video sequencing (playlists, end screens) to improve CTR and Average View Duration (AVD). Analytics &
- Reporting: Convert complex YouTube Analytics data into actionable creative insights for the production team (e.g., pointing out exactly where retention drops so the editing team can adjust pacing).
Required Qualifications &
Skills: Experience: 6-10 years of dedicated YouTube growth experience as specifically managing channels categorized as healthcare sector channels.
Proven Track Record: Portfolio or case studies showing transparent channel growth (e.g., growing a channel to 100k subscribers or driving millions of organic views).
Tools Mastered: Expert proficiency in YouTube Analytics, VidIQ / TubeBuddy, and keyword research tools.
Strategic Mindset: Deep understanding of how standard YouTube differs from the audience ecosystem and its algorithmic traffic sources (Suggested Videos vs. Search).
