About Us

Quila Udaipur is an 80-room, 5-star resort in Udaipur, offering a destination for weddings, celebrations and exclusive resort buyouts. We are looking for a Wedding Sales Manager who can build strong industry relationships, generate enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings.

About the Role

You will manage the complete wedding sales process—from lead generation and property visits to proposals, negotiations and booking confirmation. This role requires strong connections with wedding planners, event agencies and the hospitality industry, along with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate business for destination weddings, residential weddings, engagement ceremonies, pre-wedding functions and social celebrations.
- Build and maintain relationships with wedding planners, event organisers, catering companies, travel agents and referral partners.
- Proactively source new leads through industry networking, sales visits, wedding exhibitions and referrals.
- Handle enquiries promptly, understand client requirements and conduct property visits for couples, families and planners.
- Prepare customised proposals covering accommodation, venues, food and beverage, and wedding packages.
- Negotiate rates and commercial terms within approved guidelines, close bookings and follow up on advance payments.
- Maximise revenue through room blocks, complete resort buyouts,



additional functions and package upgrades.
- Coordinate with reservations, banquet operations, F&B; and other departments to confirm availability and ensure a smooth handover of commitments.
- Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up schedules, sales forecasts and booking reports.
- Track competing properties, wedding market trends and client feedback.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly booking and revenue targets while maintaining healthy margins.

Candidate Requirements

- 3–7 years of experience in wedding sales, banquet sales or hotel/resort sales, with demonstrated wedding booking conversions.
- An established network of wedding planners, event agencies and industry partners.
- Experience selling destination or residential weddings; exposure to the Udaipur or Rajasthan wedding market is preferred.
- Solid communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to confidently engage with couples, families and premium clients.
- Commercial understanding of room rates, wedding packages, F&B; pricing and payment schedules.
- Comfortable using CRM tools, Excel and sales reporting systems.
- Willingness to travel for sales meetings and work flexible hours for client visits and wedding-related requirements.
- A degree or diploma in hospitality, business or a related field is preferred.
