We are looking for a confident, presentable and well-spoken candidate to join our Dermatology & Aesthetic Clinic.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries and online leads
- Understand patient requirements and coordinate consultations
- Explain doctor-recommended skin, hair and aesthetic treatments
- Follow up with prospective and existing patients
- Convert enquiries into appointments and treatment plans
- Explain treatment packages and pricing
- Maintain CRM and daily follow-up records
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff
- Achieve monthly conversion and sales targets

Candidate Profile

- Fresher or 1–2 years’ experience
- Graduate preferred
- Good Hindi and English communication
- Confident personality and positive counselling skills
- Presentable and professional
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge
- Experience in dermatology, aesthetic clinics, healthcare, beauty, telecalling or sales will be an advantage

Preferred location: Vaishali, Indirapuram, Vasundhara, Kaushambi and nearby areas.

Pay: ₹15,059.82 - ₹33,558.63 per month
