Subha: The New Start – Pediatric Occupational Therapy Center | Pitampura, Delhi

We are looking for an experienced Center Head / Clinic Operations Manager to take responsibility for the smooth day-to-day functioning of our pediatric therapy center.

This is a people + operations + parent coordination role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership, manage a team effectively and ensure an excellent experience for children and parents.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

? Center Operations

- Manage day-to-day operations of the therapy center
- Coordinate daily therapy schedules and appointments
- Ensure smooth utilization of rooms, therapists and sessions
- Monitor attendance, punctuality and daily operations
- Maintain discipline, hygiene and professional standards

? Team Management

- Coordinate with Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Special Educators, Behaviour Therapists and other staff
- Manage therapist schedules, leaves and replacements
- Monitor staff attendance and productivity
- Conduct team coordination and follow-ups
- Identify and escalate operational or staff-related issues

?‍?‍? Parent Coordination

- Handle parent enquiries and day-to-day concerns
- Maintain qualified relationships with parents
- Coordinate assessments, therapy schedules and session requirements
- Handle complaints and resolve issues appropriately
- Ensure parents receive timely communication and updates

? Administration & Technology

- Maintain child records, attendance and session data
- Track payments and coordinate payment follow-ups
- Use Excel / Google Sheets / WhatsApp Business / Email / Clinic Management Software
- Prepare daily and weekly reports
- Maintain proper documentation

? Center Growth & Performance

- Monitor center performance and operational targets




- Improve therapist utilization and scheduling efficiency
- Identify gaps and implement practical solutions
- Support management in improving parent experience and center processes
- Take ownership of problems and ensure timely resolution

? WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for someone who is:

✅ Experienced in clinic, therapy center, healthcare, education, daycare or child-development center management

✅ Has 2–3+ years of relevant experience in a supervisory/management role

✅ Excellent communication and parent-handling skills

✅ Strong team management and coordination abilities

✅ Comfortable working on computers and digital systems

✅ Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and basic office software

✅ Organized, responsible and able to multitask

✅ Confident, professional and solution-oriented

✅ Comfortable working in a quick-paced pediatric environment

? PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Candidates with experience in

- Pediatric Therapy Centers
- Occupational Therapy Centers
- Speech Therapy Clinics
- Special Education Centers
- Child Development Centers
- Hospitals / Clinics
- Schools / Daycare Centers will be preferred.

? SALARY & DETAILS

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Salary will depend on experience, skills, communication ability and level of responsibility handled.
