Role & responsibilities
GRADUATES /UNDERGRADUATES CAN APPLY FOR THIS ROLE
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers
- Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner
- Deliver accurate information and maintain service quality
- Maintain clear and effective communication (fluency, tone, clarity)
- Escalate complex issues when required
- Work in rotational/night shifts
Preferred candidate profile
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Comfortable working in an international BPO workplace
- Willingness to work in night/rotational shifts
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
