Roles and Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into paying clients.

- Identify customer needs and provide solutions through effective communication skills.

- Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management team.

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

- Collaborate with other teams to achieve sales goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-1 year of experience in telesales or related field (freshers welcome).

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably B.Tech or BE).

- Excellent English language proficiency for transparent communication over phone calls.

- Strong convincing power to close deals effectively.
