Job Title: Associate Lead - HR Operations (Employee Lifecycle)

Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR operations skilled to manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit. You will keep HRMS and payroll data accurate, coordinate with payroll, compliance, and client teams, and make sure every lifecycle activity closes on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and validate employee master data in HRMS (DOJ, designation, salary, bank, PF/UAN, ESI) and run periodic data checks
- Process employee transfers, promotions, salary revisions, and other movements in HRMS and payroll
- Validate lifecycle-related payroll inputs and reconcile HRMS salary data with payroll each month




- Manage the offboarding process end-to-end: resignation, LWD, clearances, and Full & Final settlement, Insurance addition & Deletion
- ID cards, leave balance records, and laptop/desktop asset tracking
- Coordinate statutory data for PF, ESI, PT, LWF, bonus, Gratuity, and maintain employee documents for audits
- Resolve employee and client queries within SLA and escalate ageing cases
- Prepare monthly MIS, attrition reports, and client compliance reports
- Maintain SOPs and suggest process improvements and automation opportunities
- Guide junior team members on complex lifecycle cases
