Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet clients, assess their visual needs, and suggest suitable frames, sunglasses, and specialized lens coatings.
- Measurements & Fittings: Measure pupillary distance, adjust frame fits, and ensure spectacles sit comfortably.
- Sales & Billing: Process transactions using Point of Sale (POS) software and achieve daily or monthly sales targets.
- Store Upkeep: Maintain clean product displays, monitor inventory levels, and request stock replenishments.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience: 1 to 5 years of hands-on retail or counter sales experience, preferably within the optical industry.
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass; a diploma or background in optometry is a solid advantage
