Role & responsibilities
- Production Scheduling: Build daily, weekly, and monthly manufacturing schedules based on sales goals and machinery capacity.
- Inventory Control: Monitor raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished stock to prevent shortages or excess waste.
- Material Planning: Coordinate with the procurement team to reorder materials before supplies run low.
- Cross-Functional Teamwork: Connect daily with production, quality control (QC), purchasing, and warehouse teams to solve blockages.
- Data and Reporting: Update enterprise software records, track performance metrics (KPIs), and log daily output reports.
Preferred candidate profile
- Education: B Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of with Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing plant.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Soft Skills: Explicit communication, problem-solving abilities, and high attention to detail
