We are looking for customer focused and detailed oriented customer service representatives to join our operations team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to customers through Voice and non-voice channels, ensuring timely resolutions of inquiries while delivering a positive customer experience.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, possesses strong problem- solving skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Provide prompt and professional customer support through voice, chat, and email channels.
- Handle customer inquiries, understand their concerns, and provide effective resolutions while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Communicate accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and processes through both verbal and written communication.
- Build customer trust through empathy, active listening, clear communication, and qualified call handling.
- Investigate customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions within defined service standards and turnaround times.
- Handle inbound customer interactions professionally and manage conversations effectively from initiation to resolution.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain updated records in internal systems.
- Manage customer communications during critical situations, complaints,



and escalations, following established escalation procedures.
- Demonstrate strong multitasking skills while handling voice interactions alongside chat/email support when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, quality guidelines, and data-security requirements.
- Consistently meet defined quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and service-level targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service, International Chat Support, or BPO Operations.
- Strong typing and multitasking abilities
- Must successfully clear background verification requirements.
