Position: International Voice Process - AR Calling

Experience: Fresher

Eligibility: Any Graduate (including candidates with backlogs) / Diploma holders with excellent communication skills

Location: Tidel Park, Chennai (Work from Office)

Shift: Complete Night Shift (US Timings)

Walk in Interview (Monday-Friday)

Job Responsibilities:

- Analyze patient accounts and determine the appropriate course of action.
- Complete necessary actions and recommend follow-up activities.
- Contact US insurance companies on behalf of doctors/physicians to follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable.
- Prioritize pending claims from the aging basket for follow-up.
- Verify and clarify insurance information provided by patients when required.




- Escalate challenging collection scenarios to management in a timely manner.

Required Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Positive attitude and high energy levels.
- Strong team collaboration skills.
- Flexibility to work in night shifts.
