Job Title: HR Recruiter
Experience: Freshers welcome
Salary: 12,000 18,000 In-Hand + Incentives (1,000 – 10,000+)
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to source and screen prospective candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interview rounds with clients/hiring managers.
- Rigorously follow up with candidates through selection, offer stage, and final joining.
- Maintain accurate candidate tracking records in Excel/CRM.
Requirements:
- Excellent phone communication and convincing skills.
- Solid follow-up skills and a target-driven attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
