Role & responsibilities

- Handling call / queries /requests pertaining to product and service for inbound / outbound calls effectively.
- Complaint management & Solving customer grievances.
- Applying process / product knowledge in replying to customers.
- Looking for sales / Collection / Service background profiles.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Salary: Best in industry+ Bonus + Hikes as per process. Shift Timings: Dayshift (10:00am to 7:00pm)

Walk-in -- Monday to Saturday (10 am to 6pm)

Interview location : 1st floor, 9-10, Sir Thyagaraya Rd, T. Nagar, Chennai, Greater Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600017
