Job Summary

We are looking for detail-orientated and motivated candidates to join our team. The role involves handling legal, insurance, and medical records-related documentation while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and process legal, insurance, and medical records-related documents.

- Ensure accurate data entry and documentation as per process guidelines.

- Handle multiple tasks and prioritise work based on business requirements.

- Maintain accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment.

- Use the Internet, MS Word, Excel/Spreadsheets, and Outlook for daily activities.

- Follow process guidelines and maintain confidentiality of information.

- Communicate effectively with internal teams and escalate issues when required.

Qualification

- Freshers: High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

- Law Graduates/Lawyers: LLB qualification required.

- Good comprehension and communication skills.

- Excellent typing skills.





- Basic knowledge of the Internet, MS Word, spreadsheets, and Outlook.

- Dictation/transcription experience is an added advantage.

Experience

- Prior experience in an office, legal, insurance, or medical records environment is preferred.

- Workers' compensation experience is an added advantage.

- 1 year of internship experience in corporate law is an added advantage.

- Freshers with positive communication and comprehension skills can also apply.
