Job Summary

- Inbound calling process.

- Follow-up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily

- Providing information as per customer query related to the customer health plan

- Resolving customers issues in a timely manner

- Escalating issues to the appropriate department.

- Documenting all interactions with customers for future QA

Key Responsibilities

- Candidate must have positive English communication.

- In bound calling process.

- Resolve customer queries as per the process.

- Follow quality parameters while connecting with the customers.

- Comfortable in rotational shift & week off.
