We are leading Recruiter Firm in Kolkata and we have an urgent requirement Civil Site & Billing Engineer (High rise building) for our client company.
Responsibility
- Bill Preparation & Certification: Prepare and process contractor and subcontractor RA bills, advance payments, and final bills.
- Measurement & Verification: Take physical measurements in office or verify measurements recorded by site engineers against approved structural drawings.
- BOQ & Drawings Study: Study the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and extract exact quantities from architectural and structural drawings.
- Rate Analysis & Extra Items: Identify, analyze, and price non-BOQ or extra/variation items in coordination with project managers.
- Material Reconciliation: Prepare monthly material reconciliation statements by comparing actual consumption with theoretical standards.
- Bar Bending Schedule (BBS): Prepare and certify BBS for steel reinforcement used in high-rise columns, beams, and slabs.
- Documentation & MIS: Maintain Measurement Books (MB), work orders, joint measurement records, and commercial tracking reports
