Amped is looking for a reliable, friendly, and responsible Cashier / Front Desk Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling payments, interacting with customers, and maintaining accurate daily cash records.

Responsibilities

- Handle cash, card, UPI, and other customer payments accurately
- Generate bills and provide receipts
- Manage the cash counter and maintain accurate transaction records
- Assist customers with basic queries and provide a welcoming experience
- Coordinate with other team members when required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization around the front desk/cashier area
- Complete opening and closing cash counts
- Report any payment discrepancies or issues to management
- Follow Ampeds procedures for discounts, refunds,



and complimentary transactions

Requirements

- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic numerical and computer skills
- Honest, responsible, and punctual
- Able to work efficiently during busy periods
- Comfortable working adaptable shifts, weekends, and holidays when required
- Previous cashier, billing, retail, hospitality, or front-desk experience is preferred but not mandatory
