Admissions Manager

IWP Academy is looking for an experienced Admissions Manager to lead our admissions and educational sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive and achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the admissions counselling team.
- Monitor leads, follow-ups, counselling, and conversion through CRM.
- Develop strategies to improve admissions and conversion rates.
- Handle student/parent counselling and important admission cases.
- Monitor branch-wise admissions performance and prepare reports.
- Conduct regular branch visits to support teams and improve performance.
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team for lead quality and conversion.
- Train and guide counsellors on sales, counselling, and objection handling.

Requirements




- Minimum 5 years of experience in Educational Sales / Admissions.
- Proven experience in achieving sales/admission targets.
- Robust leadership, communication, counselling, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in managing an admissions/sales team preferred.
- Good knowledge of CRM, Excel/Google Sheets, and sales reporting.
- Must be willing to travel to IWP Academy branches and centres as required.

Travel: Regular travel to IWP Academy branches/centres
