VP – Bedding Sales (LFS & E-commerce)

Role Overview

Lead the bedding business across Large Format Stores (LFS), contemporary trade, and e-commerce, driving sales growth, profitability, key account development, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies for bedsheets, bed linen, comforters, quilts, and related bedding products.
- Expand LFS and modern trade accounts; manage buyer relationships, listings, commercial negotiations, and promotions.
- Grow e-commerce sales through assortment planning, pricing, product visibility, and platform coordination.
- Own revenue targets, margins, budgets, and business profitability.
- Monitor sell-through, stock availability, replenishment, returns, and collections.
- Coordinate with design, merchandising,



production, and supply chain teams for product launches and timely deliveries.
- Lead the sales team and review channel performance, market trends, and growth opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

- Preferably 12-15 years of relevant experience, including senior sales leadership.
- Hands-on bedding sales experience and experience across both LFS and e-commerce are mandatory.
- Strong retail buyer relationships and a proven record of growing key accounts.
- Experience managing revenue, profitability, commercial negotiations, and teams.
- Graduate; MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management preferred.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹270,000.00 per month
