We are hiring a Virtual Relationship Manager to manage customer relationships through phone calls and digital channels, generate sales opportunities, and achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle existing and prospective customers through calls and digital channels.
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Promote banking, financial, insurance, or related products.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer servicing.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Sales / Telesales / Relationship Management / BFSI .
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Good English communication and customer-handling skills.
- Robust sales and convincing abilities.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period preferred.
