Purpose of the Role The Video & Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-quality visual content for marketing, social media, events and brand communication. The role has a primary focus on video creation and editing, while also handling regular graphic design requirements, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

2.1Video Creation & Editing - Create and edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, marketing campaigns, events, promotions and internal communication.

- Produce Reels, promotional videos, event highlights, celebration videos, interviews and video campaigns.
- Handle the complete editing process - storyboarding, sequencing, transitions, typography, music, sound, colour correction, motion graphics and basic visual effects.
- Deliver content in formats suited to Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.





2.2Creative Concepts & Storytelling - Develop creative concepts and visual storytelling based on campaign and communication requirements. 2.3Graphic Design & Marketing Collaterals - Design social media creatives, posters, banners, standees, brochures, flexes, notebook covers and other marketing collaterals.

- Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Canva and other relevant tools as required.

2.4Brand Consistency - Maintain consistent brand identity, visual quality, typography, design language and brand voice across all content. 2.5Stakeholder Coordination & Project Delivery - Work closely with the Marketing and Content teams to understand requirements and translate ideas into effective visual content.

- Manage multiple creative projects, incorporate feedback and ensure quality and timely delivery.

2.6Trends & Continuous Learning - Stay updated on social media trends, video formats, design trends and emerging creative tools, including AI-powered image and video generation tools. 3. KEY COMPETENCIES

Skills -Video editing & creation; short & long-form videos; Reels & social media content; promotional & event videos.

Graphic design; solid proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; working knowledge of Canva.

Brand consistency; creative storytelling; timely delivery.

Familiarity with AI-powered image and video generation tools (added advantage).
