Scintilla Digital Academy, a leading institution specializing in digital creative education, is looking for a passionate and experienced VFX & AI Cinematic Content Creation Faculty to join our team in Hyderabad.
About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on VFX & AI Faculty who can train and mentor students in professional VFX production as well as emerging AI-powered filmmaking and cinematic content creation.
This is a practical, creator-driven teaching role—not a theory-based position.
The ideal candidate should be capable of demonstrating professional workflows, developing real-world projects, conducting live demonstrations, and guiding students in building industry-ready portfolios and showreels.
Key Skills
- VFX: Nuke, Fusion, Silhouette, Mocha
- Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro (FCP), DaVinci Resolve
- Motion & Design: After Effects, Photoshop
- AI Tools: Runway, Freepik, Midjourney, Leonardo AI, DALL·E, Higgsfield
- Prompt Engineering & AI Cinematic Storytelling
- VFX Compositing, Editing & Post-Production
Responsibilities
- Conduct practical online and offline training.
- Deliver live demos, assignments, and real-world projects.
- Mentor students in portfolio and showreel development.
- Train students in professional editing, VFX, and AI workflows.
- Stay updated with the latest VFX, editing, and AI tools.
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of relevant industry/training experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in VFX, editing, and AI creative tools.
- Professional portfolio/showreel.
- Good communication skills in English; Telugu/Hindi preferred.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring.
Location: Hyderabad
