Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced USA Rebar Detailer with hands-on experience in preparing rebar shop drawings and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) for U.S.-based projects.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of ACI/CRSI standards , strong structural drawing interpretation skills, and hands-on experience with AutoCAD, RebarCAD, and/or Revit .

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate rebar shop drawings for U.S. projects.
- Prepare and maintain Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and bar lists.
- Interpret structural, reinforcement, and construction drawings.
- Detail reinforcement for RCC/structural concrete elements.
- Ensure detailing complies with applicable ACI and CRSI standards .
- Coordinate with engineers, project teams, and other stakeholders to resolve detailing requirements.
- Review drawings for accuracy, dimensions, bar marks, quantities, and reinforcement placement.




- Incorporate revisions and client/engineering comments into drawings.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency across drawings and project documentation.

Required Skills

- 1–5 years of relevant experience in U.S. Rebar Detailing .
- Hands-on experience with U.S. rebar detailing projects .
- Good understanding of ACI / CRSI standards and practices .
- Strong knowledge of structural and reinforcement drawings.
- Experience preparing Rebar Shop Drawings and BBS .
- Proficiency in AutoCAD .
- Experience with RebarCAD and/or Revit will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of reinforcement detailing, bar sizes, bends, laps, spacing and bar marks.
- Good attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in drawings.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Qualification

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
