? US Night Shift | Monday–Friday** Experience: 3–6 Years
We are looking for experienced US IT Recruiters with strong knowledge of US Staffing and recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities: Source IT candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, CareerBuilder, etc.
Strong knowledge of US work visas and Boolean search.
Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, follow-ups, background checks and candidate delivery.
Stay updated with generic & niche IT skills.
Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
Team-handling experience is a plus.
Requirements
3–6 years of hands-on US IT Staffing/Recruitment experience.
Strong sourcing and candidate management skills.
Local Kolkata candidates is highly preferred.
