Trinite Consulting India Ltd is looking for an experienced US IT & Non-IT Recruiter with 47 years of hands-on experience in US Staffing and Recruitment.

The ideal candidate must have experience recruiting for both IT and Non-IT requirements and should be comfortable managing the complete recruitment lifecycle independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US IT and Non-IT requirements.
- Understand job descriptions and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, databases, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on experience, skills, location, availability, compensation, and job requirements.
- Source both active and passive candidates.
- Submit qualified candidates within client timelines and SLAs.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, follow-ups, offers, and onboarding.
- Maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.
- Handle multiple requirements simultaneously and prioritize urgent positions.
- Negotiate compensation and manage candidate expectations.
- Maintain robust candidate pipelines for current and future requirements.




- Work closely with clients, vendors, Account Managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment activity in ATS/CRM systems.
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.

Required Experience & Skills
- 4–7 years of experience in US Staffing / US Recruitment.
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience recruiting both IT and Non-IT positions.
- Strong end-to-end US recruitment experience.
- Excellent sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and major job portals.
- Strong Boolean and X-Ray Search skills.
- Good understanding of US recruitment practices and work authorization.
- Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong target orientation and placement closure experience.
- Experience with ATS/CRM tools such as JobDiva, Bullhorn, CEIPAL, or similar is preferred.
