Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a US IT Recruiter/Pharma Recruiter based in Vijayawada. The recruiter will manage full-life cycle hiring processes for IT and pharmaceutical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for roles in the US market.

Daily responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, creating and posting job descriptions, using online platforms and databases to identify qualified candidates, and maintaining an organized talent pipeline. The recruiter will conduct initial assessments, schedule interviews,



support negotiation of compensation packages, and ensure a smooth candidate experience aligned with company policies and compliance standards. The role also involves maintaining accurate recruitment documentation, tracking key metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to support strategic workforce planning in healthcare and life sciences.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including end-to-end management of candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Strong skills in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting, with experience filling technology roles for US-based clients.
- Proven ability in Recruiting and Hiring, including coordination with hiring managers and HR teams to meet staffing goals.
- Experience recruiting for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare roles, with familiarity with industry terminology and regulatory environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to conduct professional candidate interactions across time zones.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Comfort working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and professional networking sites.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; relevant recruiting certifications or training are an advantage.
