Conflux Systems is expanding its recruitment team and looking for hands-on US Healthcare Recruiters and Leads to join us ON-SITE in Kondapur, Hyderabad.

US HEALTHCARE RECRUITER | 2+ YEARS

What we're looking for:

- 2+ years of hands-on US Healthcare Recruitment experience
- Experience sourcing candidates for Nursing, Allied Health, Clinical, and Healthcare positions
- Strong knowledge of US Healthcare staffing requirements and job descriptions
- Experience sourcing through LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, healthcare job boards, and internal databases
- Robust candidate screening, qualification, and interview coordination skills
- Ability to understand client requirements and identify relevant healthcare candidates
- Experience with cold calling, candidate engagement, follow-ups, and offer coordination
- Good understanding of US time zones and recruitment processes
- Ability to work with daily/weekly submission and placement targets

US HEALTHCARE LEAD | 4+ YEARS

What we're looking for:





- 4+ years of hands-on US Healthcare Staffing/Recruitment experience
- Proven experience leading and mentoring US Healthcare Recruiters
- Solid understanding of healthcare candidate sourcing, screening, submissions, interviews, and placements
- Experience handling client requirements and recruitment delivery
- Ability to monitor submissions, interviews, offers, and closures
- Strong knowledge of US Healthcare job categories and staffing processes
- Experience with team performance, recruiter coaching, and daily recruitment targets
- Strong client communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to identify sourcing challenges and improve recruitment turnaround and quality
- Business development/client coordination experience is a plus

Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad Work Mode: On-site

Shift: Night Shift Only

Timings: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST
