About the Role

We are looking for a US HR & People Operations Specialist who will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations for our US workforce. The role will involve managing employee and candidate communication, onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, HR documentation, HR data, and coordination across various people-related processes.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with US HR processes and Paycom , along with strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in US HR / US People Operations / HR Operations.
- Hands-on experience with Paycom is strongly preferred.
- Experience managing onboarding and offboarding processes .
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management.
- Experience handling employee/candidate relations and HR queries.
- Good understanding of US HR processes and terminology.




- Strong experience with HR data management and maintaining employee records.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in US night shifts .

Preferred Experience
- Experience working with US-based employees or staffing organizations.
- Experience with Paycom HRIS and related HR systems preferred.
- Exposure to payroll coordination, benefits administration, background verification, and employee compliance processes.
- Experience supporting a growing organization with multiple HR functions.
