Advise domestic & international clients on general corporate, commercial, employment & business matters
- Draft, review & negotiate commercial agreements Supply, Vendor, MSA, Distribution, Service, Licensing, etc.
- Prepare legal opinions, structure notes & advisory notes on Corporate Law, FDI, ODI, Employment & Commercial matters
- Advise on employment/labour matters including employment agreements, HR policies, employee onboarding/separation, disciplinary proceedings & employee perks
- Conduct legal due diligence and prepare comprehensive/issue-based due diligence reports
- Assist clients with day-to-day legal & corporate requirements
Preferred candidate profile
Ideal Candidate: 25 years of relevant post-qualification experience in a law firm/corporate legal practice with strong exposure to General Corporate & Commercial matters.
