Job Overview

Matrix Research Work is urgently hiring a Sales Executive for our Mathura location.

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling leads, communicating with students and research scholars, understanding their academic research requirements, explaining relevant services, conducting regular follow-ups, and converting qualified leads into sales.

Candidates with experience in academic sales, education sales, EdTech, research services, telecalling, or inside sales will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Connect with students, PhD scholars, and academic clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable research services.
- Explain services, processes, pricing, and timelines to potential clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Convert qualified leads into sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups.
- Update lead status and sales activities in CRM or Google Sheets.
- Build positive relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for smooth service delivery.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance.

Required Skills




- 1+ year of experience in sales, telecalling, business development, or a related field.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Valuable follow-up and lead-conversion abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets, CRM, and online communication tools.
- Ability to work from the Mathura office.
