Role & responsibilities

- Identify and onboard new Business Partners / Distributors.
- Develop and maintain a strong Business Partner network in the assigned territory.
- Guide Business Partners in recruiting and onboarding Insurance Advisors/Agents.
- Support Business Partners in advisor activation, training and business development.
- Help the network generate new customer leads and insurance business.
- Build long-term relationships with Business Partners and their advisor teams.
- Monitor business performance and achieve assigned recruitment & business targets.
- Conduct regular meetings, follow-ups and field visits with Business Partners.
- Maintain regular reports on Business Partner recruitment, advisor onboarding and business performance.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate.
- Only Experienced candidates can apply.
- Valuable communication & convincing skills.
- Comfortable with field work and local travel.
- Smartphone with internet required.
