Gb04 role in the Learning Development (LD) department focuses on executing training initiatives through stakeholder engagement and effective content development. This position manages vendor relationships, supports budget oversight, and analyses training data for insights. By ensuring program governance and enhancing operational efficiency, the Gb04 drives quality in LD program delivery and oversees the Learning Management System (LMS) and Certified Trainer initiatives.
Responsibilities
Major Activities carried out by the role
- Conceptual Activities
- Vendor Management: Identify and evaluate vendors to align with LD objectives and manage onboarding for collaboration.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Gather insights from stakeholders to ensure LD initiatives meet organizational goals.
- Data Governance Framework: Ensure data accuracy and generate reports to provide valuable insights for decision-making.
- CT Creation and Deployment: Oversee the development and management of Certified Trainer initiatives with Centers of Excellence.
- Program Governance: Monitor attendance and engagement in LD programs, updating content as needed.
- Planning Activities
- Program Management: Manage program creation and stakeholder engagement from diagnostics to transfer.
- Budget Management:
Assist in planning and allocating the LD budget while forecasting future needs.
- Task Activities
- LMS Management: Manage the Learning Management System, ensuring accurate attendance and effective assessments.
- Content Development: Create training content that aligns with business objectives and engages learners.
- Operational Excellence: Design and evaluate operational processes to enhance LD program efficiency.
- Collaboration: Foster a cooperative environment within the COE LD team and with Business stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness.

Required Qualifications and Experience
- Qualifications: MBA Preferred
- Work Experience: 4 to 5 years of LD experience
