Your work profile

As a Senior Consultant in our Organization Transformation team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations:

- Leading/managing high-quality learning interventions, such as vILts, expert-led trainings, self-paced trainings, digital learning products, performance support tools, etc. that are tailored to project briefs and requirements basis the agreed timeline
- Independently overseeing conceptualization and delivery of design projects
- Managing learning projects or deliverables to a business-ready standard, with limited oversight
- Being an excellent communicator and actively participating in discussions with the team or directly with the client to suggest newer ideas and path breaking designs
- Developing content and directs creative execution to provide a consistent, targeted, and impactful message
- Contributing ideas for new programs,



researching and recommending innovative branding techniques
- Measuring and analysing current learning efforts
- Aligning and using appropriate images, typography, graphics, and layouts for the project basis the client’s brand guidelines
- Enabling and managing design research, storyboarding, brainstorming, and design reference sessions with the team and project stakeholders
- Staying on top of the competitive design landscape to better understand the client’s objectives and industry trends and share these insights with the design team.

Desired qualifications

- Any graduate or post graduate.
- Relevant work experience of 4-6 years as an Instructional Designer, digital content creator or related role, preferably with corporate
- Creative and innovative mindset
- Valuable knowledge of technology transformation projects
- Good knowledge of ERP applications, such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, etc.
- Strong hold on MS Office (suite)
- Basic knowledge in Adobe Captivate/Articulate Storyline 360/SAP EnableNow/WalkMe/Oracle Guided Learning
- Outstanding verbal, written communication skills and ability to develop persuasive messages based on the information provided
- Ability to take initiative, interact with all levels of management and think strategically and artistically
- Excellent time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your passion for designing clean and creative designs or collaterals.
