Your work profile:

- We are looking for an experienced SAP PM Consultant with expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Plant Maintenance processes.
- The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to optimize maintenance operations, asset management, work order management, preventive maintenance, and integration with other SAP modules.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Plant Maintenance processes.
- Configure and customize SAP PM functionalities including:
- Technical Objects (Equipment, Functional Locations)
- Maintenance Notifications
- Maintenance Orders
- Preventive Maintenance
- Task Lists
- Work Centers
- Measuring Points and Counters
- Support end-to-end SAP PM implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and AMS engagements.
- Design maintenance strategies and preventive maintenance plans.
- Work on breakdown, corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance processes.
- Configure maintenance planning and scheduling.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration with:
- SAP MM (Materials Management)
- SAP QM (Quality Management)
- SAP PS (Project Systems)
- SAP EAM
- SAP FICO
- Perform gap analysis and provide process improvement recommendations.
- Develop functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, reports, forms, and workflows.
- Conduct unit testing, SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.
- Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
- Manage incidents, service request, and change request tickets in AMS environments.

Key skills required

- Solid experience in SAP PM configuration and support.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Equipment & Functional Location Management
- Maintenance Planning
- Refurbishment Process
- Calibration Process
- Warranty Management
- Permit Management
- Linear Asset Management (preferred)
- Knowledge of maintenance KPIs and reporting.
- Understanding of asset lifecycle management.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA EAM processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
- Ability to conduct workshops and suggest industry best practices.
- Experience in manufacturing, utilities, oil & gas, power, mining, or chemical industries.
- Exposure to SAP Fiori Apps for EAM.
- Knowledge of SAP Mobility solutions (SAP Asset Manager) is an added advantage.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- SAP PM / EAM Certification preferred.
