Role Description The TRAVEL PRODUCT & OPERATIONS SPECIALIST – AI FIRST is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. This role involves designing and optimizing travel products and itineraries with an AI-first approach, using data and technology to enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency. The specialist will manage end-to-end travel arrangements, coordinate with partners and local guides, and ensure seamless delivery of tours and services.
Daily responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, providing high-quality support, maintaining accurate travel documentation, and collaborating with internal teams to improve processes. The role also includes monitoring travel operations, resolving on-ground issues, and continuously refining products to align with Joy-N-Crew’s standards of immersive and culturally rich travel.

What you’ll do:• Research and design fresh travel products & itineraries
- Use GenAI for destination research, market insights & product ideation
- Identify emerging travel trends and new experiences
- Work with global hotels, DMCs & experience providers
- Research, negotiate and manage vendor relationships
- Develop commercially viable, bookable travel products
- Work closely with Sales & Operations to take products to market
We’re looking for someone who:✔️ Has studied Travel & Tourism, Hospitality or a related field
✔️ Has hands-on experience using Generative AI tools
