Improve policy compliance through controls, monitoring, KPIs and dashboards.

Drive cost optimization via booking behavior, preferred suppliers and demand management.

Strengthen the approval & control framework, including exceptions management.

Harmonize expense tooling evaluate platforms and present options with cost/risk trade-offs.

Preferred candidate profile An experienced T&E; Consultant is needed to review the current travel and expense ecosystem booking processes, approvals,



agencies, expense tools, policy controls and traveller- behaviour and design a scalable, compliant and cost-effective framework across BICS, TeleSign and Route Mobile.

Requirement:

5+ years in Travel Management, Procurement, Expense Management or T&E; Transformation

Track record designing/optimising global travel programmes in multinationals

Strong grasp of travel policy governance and compliance controls

Experience with global TMCs (Amex GBT, CWT, BCD, FCM, Egencia/Navan) and expense platforms (Concur, Coupa, Emburse, Ramp, Pleo, etc.)

Strong stakeholder management across Finance, Procurement, HR and Operations
